Mga franchise, na isang paraan ng muling paglikha ng isang matagumpay na negosyong brick at mortar sa isang bagong lokasyon. Noong nakaraang beses na dumaan ako sa isang sikat na shopping mall, tila ang lahat ng mga tindahan ay alinman sa mga sangay o franchise. Sa unang tingin, ang mga franchise ay isang perpektong solusyon sa self-employment. Ang franchisor ay gumagawa ng isang feasibility study, inaprubahan ang lokasyon ng tindahan, kit-out ito, sinasanay ang mga tauhan, nagsusuplay ng mga hilaw na materyales / stock, at kinokontrol ang kalidad ng proseso.
Ang modelo ng Franchise ay may mga sistemang nakalagay upang muling likhain ang isang matagumpay na negosyo.
Tingnan ang McDonalds halimbawa. Ang kanilang mga sistema ay sinubukan at pino na ang buong lugar ay maaaring patakbuhin ng mga bata sa high school. Ang resulta, ang parehong burger ay nilikha kahit saan ka pumunta, at kung gusto mo ang burger maaari kang umasa doon.
Ang bottom line ay kung gusto mong magbukas ng negosyo sa mataas na kalye at magtagumpay, mas mabuting maging franchise:
Bumili ng prangkisa ang dalawa kong kaibigan para sa isang tambak na pera na kailangan nilang hiramin at ibalik. Tuwang-tuwa kami noong araw na nagbukas ang mga pinto anim na taon na ang nakararaan. Hindi ko na babanggitin ang mga pangalan pero malaki ang kinalaman nito sa manok. Ang kanilang takeout ay natagalan sa pagrampa. Sa loob ng dalawang taon, nagsimula silang gumawa ng mga guhit. Pagkatapos ng apat, sa wakas ay nakayanan na nila ang isang holiday.
Dumating ang kalamidad sa limang taon nang matuklasan nila (o sa halip nakalimutan) na dapat silang mag-upgrade. Ito ay isang kaso ng gawin ito o mawala ito. Kung gusto mong magbukas ng isang sikat na prangkisa tumitingin ka sa pataas ng isang milyong dolyar at depende sa prangkisa maaaring kailanganin na huwag mong hiramin ang pera. Kahit na ang ilan sa mas maliliit na negosyong prangkisa sa istilo ng vendor na hinahanap mo malapit sa $20,000 US.
Sa kasamaang-palad, inaalis nito ang karamihan sa ating mga regular na tao sa laro.
Paano kung may paraan para makuha ang parehong paulit-ulit na napatunayang sistema ng modelo ng franchise nang walang pamumuhunan?
Maraming mga modelo ng negosyong work-from-home na may kaunting gastos sa pag-set up at abot-kayang bayad sa lisensya. Ang mga kita sa pangkalahatan ay mahusay hanggang sa mabuti. Maaari kang magtrabaho nang mas kaunting oras, o magtrabaho nang husto at kumita ng doble kaysa sa isang prangkisa. Ang mga inobasyong ito ay pinapagana ng teknolohiya at mga modelo ng negosyo na gumagana sa labas ng brick at mortar. Kung wala ang mataas na halaga ng brick and mortar na negosyo, nagbubukas ito ng pinto para sa mga makabagong kumpanya na magbigay ng mahusay na mga pagkakataon sa negosyo nang walang tradisyonal na pamumuhunan.
