New Studies of Wuhan Pneumonia Virus, or Corona-Virus

New studies of Wuhan pneumonia virus, or corona-virus, indicate the following:

If when you have a cold, you have a runny nose and sputum, it may not be the new type of pneumonia due to Corona-virus, because it gives a dry cough without a runny nose.  This is the easiest way to identify it.

It is good to know that the Wuhan virus or Corona-virus is not heat resistant and dies at a temperature of 26 to 27 ° C. Therefore, you have to drink more hot water (such as tea and teas).

Try to expose yourself to the sun.

Other important data indicate that:
  1. The virus is of a fairly large size (the cell has a diameter of approximately 400-500 nm), so any normal mask (not only that of 3M N95) should be able to filter it.  However, when someone infected sneezes in front of you, it will take about 3 meters (about 10 feet) before it falls to the ground and no longer flies, that is, it is suspended in the air.
  2. When the virus falls on the surface of a metal, it will live for at least 12 hours.  So remember that if you come into contact with any metal surface, wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
  3. The virus can remain active in the tissue for 6-12 hours.  Normal laundry detergent can eliminate the virus from the tissue.  As for winter clothes that do not require daily washing, you can put it in the sun to kill the virus.
Information on the symptoms of pneumonia caused by the Corona-virus:

1. First it infects the throat, then in the throat you feel a dry pain that lasts 3 to 4 days.

2. Then, the virus fuses with the nasal fluid and when dripping into the trachea, it enters the lungs, causing Wuhan's pneumonia.  This process takes 5 to 6 days.

3. Then there is a stage with pneumonia, high fever and breathing difficulties.  Nasal congestion is not like normal nasal congestion.  It feels like drowning in water.  It is important to seek medical attention immediately if you have this feeling.

About prevention:
  1. The most common way to get infected is to touch things in public such as handrails, door handles, handles on the bus, etc., so you have to wash your hands frequently.  The virus can only live in the hands for 5-10 minutes, but many things can happen in those 5-10 minutes (rubbing the eyes or rubbing the nose).
  2. In addition to washing your hands frequently, it is recommended to gargle with mouthwash or salt water to remove germs while they are still in the throat (before dripping to the lungs).

Amazing Health Benefits Of Squash

Though squash is basically a vegetable from the botanical point of view, they are generally considered as fruits as they contain the seeds of the plant. Squashes belong to one of the four varieties of Cucurbitaceae family of vegetables. These fleshy vegetables are protected by a rind. It is said to have originated about 7500 years ago in Mexico and Central America. There are many types of squashes.

Also known as summer squash, yellow varieties of squash provide numerous health benefits. The vegetable is high in vitamins A, B6, and C, folate, magnesium, fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, and potassium. That's a serious nutritional power-packed veggie. Yellow squash is also rich in manganese.

Health Benefits Of Squash
Squash is a nutrient rich vegetable. Summer squash generally has higher water content than denser varieties of winter squash. Hence, winter squash is considered more nutritious. However, both the varieties of squash offer various health benefits.

1. Beneficial For Heart
Yellow squash can reduce the risk of heart disease, as it contains negligible fat and almost no cholesterol. It also contains magnesium which has been shown to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. Magnesium along with potassium helps in reducing high blood pressure, whereas vitamin C and beta-carotene levels aid in preventing the oxidation of cholesterol. These nutrients abate the development of atherosclerosis by preventing the build-up of oxidized cholesterol in the walls of the blood vessels.

The vitamin folate present in yellow squash helps in removing the unhealthy metabolism byproduct called homocysteine responsible for heart attack and stroke. Moreover, yellow squash is particularly rich in folate which lowers cholesterol levels. Thus, reduces the risk of atherosclerosis and heart disease.

2. Good for Weight Loss
Summer squash for weight loss is a very good choice, as it is fat-free and very low in calories. A cup of yellow squash contains about 36 calories, 7 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram protein and less than 1 gram fat besides being cholesterol free. It derives its few calories from its carbohydrate content which is also quite low. Hence, if you want to lose weight, you can easily replace higher calorie vegetables like potatoes and corn with yellow squash.

3. Prevents Cancer
Summer squash has a high content of antioxidants which help in eliminating free radicals from the body. The high levels of beta-carotene provide protection from pollutants and chemicals that can lead to cancer. It is also a rich source of vitamin C, which prevents premature aging and cancer as well as inhibits cell division. It also contains vitamin A which provides protection against lungs and oral cavity cancers.

4. Healthy Bones
Yellow squash contains abundant amounts of manganese and vitamin C. Manganese helps in maintaining healthy bone structure, calcium absorption, enzyme creation and bone building as well as improves the mineral density of the spinal column. Vitamin c is involved in the production of collagen, which is vital for building bone mass. Magnesium also contributes to the health of joints and bones. Other minerals in squash such as iron, folate, zinc and phosphorus contribute to the mineral health of bones and provide protection against osteoporosis.

5. Eye Health
Summer squash contains high amounts of beta-carotene and lutein. Dietary lutein plays an important role in preventing the onset of cataracts and macular degeneration, which often leads to blindness. A cup of summer squash contains about 135 milligrams of beta carotene and 2400 micrograms of lutein. Carotenoids found in winter squash also reduce the risk of macular degeneration.

6. Good For Colon Health
The abundant content of fiber in yellow squash makes it beneficial for colon health. Fiber helps in the excretion of toxins from the body and maintains colon health by preventing constipation. A cup of yellow squash provides about 2.52 grams of fiber.

7. Maintains Prostate Health
Yellow squash is effective in alleviating the symptoms of a condition called benign prostatic hypertrophy or BPH. This disease is characterized by a problematically enlarged prostate gland that causes difficulties in both urinary and sexual functions.

8. Reduces PMS Symptoms
Summer squash is a good source of manganese. A study proved that the women who consumed high amounts of this mineral as part of their daily diet, suffered from lesser mood swings and cramps than others. Thus, eating squash is a great way to increase your intake of magnesium.

9. Boosts The Immune System
Vitamin C in squash boosts the immune system, in a way preventing colds and fighting allergies. The rinds of few varieties of squash are a rich source of fiber, which aids in proper digestion and can prevent many types of diseases. Thus, you should consider eating the peel or rind along with the squash to avail these benefits.

10. Vitamin-Rich
Summer squash is especially rich in vitamins like Vitamin C, Vitamin A and other minerals like magnesium, folate, copper, riboflavin, and phosphorus. It has a high concentration of carotenoids, like beta-carotene. Summer squash also contains a high amount of potassium and manganese, which help balance fluids and process glucose. Summer squash is rich in other essential nutrients like dietary fiber as well.

11. Low-Calorie Count
Summer squashes are low in calories. The carbohydrate content is also quite low. Moreover, it does not contain any cholesterol. So, if you are looking to get into shape, summer squash is the best choice for you.

12. Prevents Constipation
The high-fiber content not only promotes colon health, but also prevents constipation. So, if you are suffering from constipation, have some summer squash.

13. Vegetable Source Of Protein
A lot of people resort to animal meat for meeting the protein requirements of their body. However, with animal meat, you often get fat. Acorn squash can serve as a vegetable source of protein. While its protein content is not very high, you may eat it to supplement your overall protein intake.

14. Provides A Boost To Digestion
Doctors recommend that you should consume plenty of fiber rich foods to augment the body’s digestion process (1). Acorn squash contains good amounts of dietary fiber, and you can include it in your diet to facilitate bowel movements. Its consumption can help relieve symptoms of digestion related problems and conditions like constipation and bloating.

15. Helps Fight Diabetes
The dietary fiber in this vegetable also helps you fight elevated blood sugar levels. This way, it can help resist the onset of diabetes.

16. Regulates Blood Pressure
This vegetable is rich in potassium (2). Intake of this mineral can help in relaxation of blood vessels and arteries. It effectively reduces high blood pressure. Potassium is also required by the body for fluid balance in tissues and cells.
The vegetable also contains magnesium, and this mineral essentially helps in the absorption of potassium. It contains zinc, which also plays a role in maintaining normal blood pressure in the human body.

17. Antioxidant Benefits
Acorn squash is rich in antioxidants like beta carotene and vitamin C (3). This helps the body to counter the damaging effects of free radicals. So, you can fight off signs of skin aging and other cognitive disorders that are triggered by exposure to free radicals.

18. Reduces Cholesterol Levels
The fact that butternut squash is high in fiber is a clear indication that it can lower and maintain your cholesterol levels. Cholesterol is one of the reasons for cardiovascular disease and stroke. Hence, you can manage your cholesterol levels better if you eat butternut squash on a regular basis (4).

19. Asthma Prevention
Beta-carotene is an antioxidant. This antioxidant is present in high levels in butternut squash. Studies have found people who have a high intake of beta-carotene have a lower risk of developing asthma (5). So, now you know this delicious orange vegetable can prevent the onset of asthma in you or your loved ones.

20. Improvement In Muscle Contraction And Transportation Of Nerve Impulses
Butternut squash contains three very important electrolytes, namely calcium, potassium, and magnesium. These electrolytes aid in the contraction of muscles and also help in stimulating nerve impulses. These minerals help greatly if you suffer from muscle cramps (6). Potassium helps to start those electrical impulses that help in regulating your heartbeat while in conjunction with sodium it helps stimulate muscle contraction. On the other hand, magnesium is known to relax heart muscles, whereas calcium is responsible for their contraction.

Skin Benefits Of Squash
We all wish to have a flawless glowing skin. However, the pressures of modern life have their own effect on your skin, thereby causing various skin problems. These problems can be attributed to various factors such as exposure to UV rays and harmful chemicals, unhealthy lifestyle, prolonged illness etc. A balanced diet greatly helps in providing certain vital nutrients that can keep your skin healthy. Vegetables, in general, are good for skin and squash is one of them. Being rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, squash is quite beneficial for your skin.

21. Maintains Healthy Skin
As stated earlier, squash is an excellent source of vitamin A. It has beta-carotene that gets converted into vitamin A within the body. Being a powerful antioxidant, vitamin A is required for maintaining proper health and integrity of skin.

22. Prevents Skin Aging
One of the essential benefits of squash includes protection against the damaging effects of sun exposure and preventing dehydration. Moreover, it contains high levels of vitamin C, which fights free radicals within the body, thus preventing signs of aging like fine lines, wrinkles, and pigmentation. Regular consumption of squash keeps your skin hydrated.

Hair Benefits Of Squash
Hair problems are a common sight these days and are caused by various factors. Some of these factors include exposure to harsh chemicals, deficiency of vital nutrients and prolonged illness. These can cause problems like hair loss, dandruff, thinning and premature graying. Certain vegetables are responsible for stimulating hair growth, and squash is one of them.

23. Promotes Hair Growth
As stated earlier, squash is a rich source of beta-carotene which is a safe, non-toxic form of vitamin A. This pigment is vital for forming and maintaining healthy hair. It prevents hair breakage and promotes optimum growth. Thus, making squash a part of your diet is a great way for maintaining a healthy mane.

Mohammad Fatemi Ghani

DXN has been a blessing. Prior to, I was in the field of aviation working as an Aeronautical Engineer for over 28 years. The job was fine but there was no time, financial or travel freedom. I entered DXN as a consumer due to the health problems I suffered from for 10 years, and while using the products, realized there was more to DXN than health benefits through the DXN successful entrepreneurs whom I met along the way.

From working for someone and having a boss to becoming my own boss was a wonderful transformation. And that was the start of my journey to personal freedom.

Now, 9 ½ years later, my life has completely changed, all praise is due to Allah who has bestowed me with such blessings. Many people ask me about my secret to success. It is difficult to state all the factors, but all success is an outcome of overcoming challenges. Still, there are a few points worth mentioning, such as:

1. CHANGE - First I had to change my mindset to that of an entrepreneur. It took me awhile to transform my thinking because all my life I had been working for someone. Suddenly, I had to take charge of my new life as well as the lives of many who were joining me as business partners.

2. GOAL SETTING - After few months of joining DXN in 2003, I decided to do the business seriously. I made my goal to earn what I was earning from my salary. In 2 years time and by the grace of Allah and my team, I did achieve my goal. In 2005 I further decided to quit from my job in 2 years. In 2007, from a part timer, I became full timer networker. Since then I kept raising my bar and enjoyed each and every moment of my DXN journey. Right now my greatest joy is helping people to make their goals and achieve their goals.

3. EDUCATION - Being a new entrepreneur, meant educating myself in Food and Nutrition , as well as the Direct Selling Industry. The former was easy; I learnt the ABC’s of nutrition through various trainers in DXN, my own son, Janbaaz Ghani, who is a professional nutritionist from UBC in Vancouver, and I gained my certification in Food and Nutrition from IGNOU(Indira Gandhi National Open University).

In order to become a professional in Direct Selling, I joined Direct Selling Times and Direct Selling Universities. In addition, I attended many seminars, workshops, conferences and boot camps conducted by Direct Selling Gurus, namely, Tom Shreiter, Jerry Clark, John Di Lemme, Dr. Charles King, Tim Sales, Brian Klemmer, Dr. Ellie Drake, and many, many more. In addition to the above-mentioned, I enjoy reading books centered on Direct Selling & Personal Growth, gaining insight and knowledge through CDs, DVDs & magazines.

4. APPLICATION - After learning my direct selling business, I immediately applied it all to the field. In order to see the positive result, the application of knowledge was a big challenge but I made sure I evaluated and re-evaluated my success and failure. Every day I try to learn and apply something—for myself and for my partners.

5. BUILDING MY TEAM AND LEADERS - I worked hard to build the right team and few select leaders. Building team was easy but building team leaders was a mammoth task and I am still working on that. Building leaders is a continuous process and this where residual income lies.

6. COACHING AND MENTORING - After nearly 9 years, my focus is now on coaching and mentoring my team members and leaders. The toughest part of the business is understanding people and the closer I get to my leaders, the better I get in my business. Because our business product in DXN is not Reishi or Spirulina but people.

7. GOING GLOBAL - Now that DXN is spread in all the 6 continents, going beyond your own border is much easier. Expanding the business in different countries allowed me to have a bigger and stable dividend. The best part of DXN is either you open new country or see one of your team members from other countries. Go global.

8. TRAVELLING AROUND THE WORLD - It was my dream like most of the people to see the world. DXN gave me the opportunity to be part of International Travel Incentive Program. I was fortunate to see exotic Malaysia, Nepal, India, Singapore & Hong Kong; historical & rich Italy, UK, Belgium, France, Holland and Switzerland.

9. MOTIVATION - The Direct Selling business revolves around motivation. My motivation is the success of many leaders. In addition the training I conduct globally to see more leaders made. In 2012 my involvement with the Night Blindness Project in Pakistan had been my new driving force where I have seen many blind children re-obtaining their vision.

10. GRATITUDE - I am grateful to Dr Lim Siow Jin, who has provided the world with beneficial products and a powerful and do-able marketing plan, the DXN staff for continuous support, and each and every one of my dedicated team members and leaders. Last but not the least; I am grateful to my wife and children who have been behind the sacrifice and success.

My message to all: Motivation comes within; nobody can motivate you but yourself.

God bless DXN, God bless you all.

Paano Maiwasan Ang Diabetes?

The Magic Effect Of Ganoderma:

Ganoderma has always been shrouded with a mysterious curtain for more than a thousand years. People only know ‘‘Ganodermas can keep one young and give one a long life if taken continuously”, but no one had ever scientifically investigated why it is so effective.

Important components of Ganoderma:
  • Organic Germanium (Ge): Can increase the oxygen absorbed by the blood up to 1.5 times: can promote metabolism: prevent tissue degeneration. According to the research of Dr Kazuhiko Asai, Ganoderma contains 800 – 2000 p.p.m. of germanium. This is 4-6 times more than ginseng.
  • Polysaccharides: These can improve the body’s immune system, eliminate viruses. Japanese pharmaceutical companies have refined it to medical quality and it has been approved by the Koseisho Health Department in Japan for insurance medicine.
Its bitter taste. It is under constant study by the Japanese medical and pharmaceutical fields. The efficacy is a result of the interrelation of germanium and polysaccharides. Some plants may contain one or the other, but Ganoderma is much more effective. The combination of components is different from other plants and all of the components must be preserved to insure efficiency.

10 Amazing Health Benefits of Ginger | Ginger for Health

The Best Way To Prevent Hearth Attacks

Cholesterol is one of the most familiar medical words today. Everyone knows “something” about it , but mostly cholesterol is associated in our mind with something “bad” and “unwanted” that happens to old and overweight people. The facts show that about 20 percent of the U.S. population has high blood cholesterol levels.

Actually holesterol is a waxy, fatlike substance (lipid) that your body needs for many important functions, such as producing new cells , some hormones, vitamin D, and the bile acids that help to digest fat.. It is present in cell walls or membranes everywhere in the body, including the brain, nerves, muscle, skin, liver, intestines, and heart.

In fact our bodies need cholesterol to function normally, but too much cholesterol can be bad for our health. Why ? Cholesterol and other fats can't dissolve in the blood. They have to be transported to and from the cells by special carriers. Cholesterol travels through your blood attached to a protein. This cholesterol–protein package is called a lipoprotein. Lipoproteins are high density or low density depending on how much protein there is in relation to fat.

Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) is the major cholesterol carrier in the blood. If too much LDL cholesterol circulates in the blood, it can slowly build up in the walls of the arteries feeding the heart and brain. Together with other substances it can form plaque, a thick, hard deposit that can clog those arteries. When the coronary arteries become narrowed or clogged by cholesterol and fat deposits (a process called atherosclerosis) and cannot supply enough blood to the heart, the result is coronary heart disease. If the blood supply to a portion of the heart is completely cut off by total blockage of a coronary artery, the result is a heart attack. This is usually due to a sudden closure from a blood clot forming on top of a previous narrowing. Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol is called "bad" cholesterol because it can cause cholesterol buildup and blockage of your arteries. LDL is mostly fat with only a small amount of protein.

About one-third to one-fourth of blood cholesterol is carried by high-density lipoprotein (HDL). Medical experts think HDL tends to carry cholesterol away from the arteries and back to the liver, where it's passed from the body. Some experts believe HDL removes excess cholesterol from plaques and thus slows their growth. HDL is called "good" cholesterol because it helps prevent cholesterol from building up in your arteries. It is mostly protein with only a small amount of fat.

Since there is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol it is not only necessary to know your cholesterol level ,it is also important to know your levels of LDL and HDL.

The fact is that there are no symptoms of high cholesterol. Your first symptom of high cholesterol could be a heart attack or a stroke. The level of cholesterol can be measured only with a blood test. The results come as three main numbers:

Total Cholesterol · LDL · HDL
  • The level of LDL should be less than 160.
  • Total cholesterol should be less than 200.
  • The level of HDL should be more than 35.
Most Important:
Your LDL level is a good indicator of your risk for heart disease. Lowering LDL is the main aim of treatment if you have high cholesterol. In general, the higher your LDL level, the greater your chance of developing heart disease.

Remember:
Regular cholesterol tests are recommended to find out if your cholesterol level is within normal range.

WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT YOUR LDL CHOLESTEROL LEVELS?

The main cause of high blood cholesterol is eating too much fat, especially saturated fat. Saturated fats are found in animal products, such as meats, milk and other dairy products that are not fat free, butter, and eggs. Some of these foods are also high in cholesterol. Fried fast foods and snack foods often have a lot of fat.

Being overweight and not exercising can make your bad cholesterol go up and your good cholesterol go down. Regular physical activity can help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and raise HDL (good) cholesterol levels. It also helps you lose weight. You should try to be physically active for 30 minutes on most, if not all, days.

Cigarette smoking damages the walls of your blood vessels, making them likely to have cholesterol rich plaques rupture and have heart attacks. Smoking may also lower your level of HDL cholesterol by as much as 15 percent.

Also, after women go through menopause, their bad cholesterol levels tend to go up. There is also a rare type of inherited high cholesterol that often leads to early heart disease. Some people inherit a condition called familial hypercholesterolemia, which means that very high cholesterol levels run in the family.Other people, especially people for whom diabetes runs in the family, inherit high triglyceride levels. Triglycerides are another type of blood fat that can also push up cholesterol levels. People with high blood triglycerides usually have lower HDL cholesterol and a higher risk of heart attack and stroke. Progesterone, anabolic steroids and male sex hormones (testosterone) also lower HDL cholesterol levels.

So we can make a conclusion that the main therapy is to change your lifestyle. This includes controlling your weight, eating foods low in saturated fat and cholesterol, exercising regularly, not smoking and, in some cases, drinking less alcohol.

But , depending on your risk factors, if healthy eating and exercise don't work after about 6 months to 1 year, your doctor may suggest medicine to lower your cholesterol level.

Now there are very effective natural medications called “GANOTHERAPY

Enhancing Health Benefits of Cordyceps

Cordyceps is a unique and rare form of fungus. Unlike many traditional medicinal mushrooms (e.g., ganoderma, shiitake, coriolus, tremella) that grow on trees, cordyceps begins life in the soil as spores that attach to caterpillars that have burrowed underground to hibernate in the winter.

In the summer, Cordyceps emerges from the ground as a stalk that looks a bit like a blade of grass. In Chinese medicine cordyceps is referred to as "winter caterpillar, summer weed" or simply caterpillar grass. Once the fungal stalk is fully grown (reaching up to 3 inches long), it is harvested by hand.

Growing mainly in the mountainous regions of Western China and the Himalayan range, Cordyceps is harvested in Tibet and Nepal. In Tibet, natural cordyceps (called Yartsa Gunghu) is collected in the wild for use in tinctures, or as a ground powder in capsules and tablets.

With current prices for harvested codyceps exceeding $10,000 per pound, the natural mushrooms have become an important source of income for rural Tibetans. A single family working during the summer growing season used to be able to collect between 2 to 8 pounds of cordyceps, enough to cover their expenses for a year. However, competition for the mushroom has grown intense, making it more difficult for many families to find, let alone harvest.

Modern Pharmaceutical Production

To meet demand for the increasingly rare fungus cultivators tried raising caterpillars in large quantities, which were then inoculated with the fungus and left to grow as they would in nature. But even this stop-gap measure failed to meet growing demand, and prices continued to rise.

Today, with demand for wild cordyceps continue to increase world-wide, most if not all of the cordyceps used medicinally is produced using fermentation processes to manufacture large quantities of pharmaceutically pure cordyceps that is identical to the wild variety.

Traditional Medicine

Cordyceps is a superstar of the Chinese tonic herbal system, revered as an effective and powerful life-enhancing agent for its ability to prolong life.

"In traditional medicine cordyceps is used as a tonic for weakness due to prolonged illness, overwork, and aging. Cordyceps is also a considered to be a major lung tonic, able to strengthen respiratory function in those who require extra energy while performing physical work (e.g. labor, sports or exercise) or by those who suffer from chronic lung weakness (cough, wheezing or shortness of breath)."

Cordyceps is one of the primary rejuvenating herbal substances used throughout Asia as an anti-aging agent. It is said to strengthen body and mind at a fundamental level to increase the "primary motive force for life activities." Because it is both Yin and Yang in nature, cordyceps can safely be used for long periods of time to restore energy reserves depleted by stress, excessive exertion or aging. Consistent use of Cordyceps is said to strengthen the skeletal structure, and specifically benefit the lower back region, the knees and ankles. It is used for backache due to injury, fatigue, stress or simple aging.

Cordyceps is also considered to be a powerful athlete’s tonic – though lacking in steroidal constituents, it is able to greatly improve performance and muscle building capability.

Modern Research

New research on cordyceps is growing in both public and scientific communities based on its ability to promote immune function, lower blood lipids, improve sports performance, and help climbers adjust to life-threatening, hypoxic (below-normal levels of blood oxygen) conditions at higher altitudes.

Much current research is focused on a bioactive components isolated from cordyceps, particularly those that act as biological response modifiers to activate the human immune systems for defensive functions. These immune boosting effects are linked to biological components, such as cordycepin, adenosine, EPSF, cordyglucans, and monosaccharide saponins.
  • Cordycepin has been widely explored for its anti-cancer/anti-oxidant activities, and researchers are working to harness its strong pharmacological and therapeutic potential to treat a number of disorders.
  • Adenosine plays an important role in biochemical processes involved in energy production as adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and adenosine diphosphate (ADP). Adenosine is also involved in in signal transduction as cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), and as a neuromodulator for promoting sleep and regulating blood flow to various organs.
  • Cordyglucans are another unique component that have been found to exhibit potent anti-tumor activity.
  • Cordymin, a peptide purified from cordyceps, has demonstrated potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that have a neuroprotective effect in the brain.

To date, only a handful of the wonders of this ancient traditional compound have been fully explored, but researchers expect that ongoing studies will continue to uncover additional bioactive constituents with potential therapeutic value.
