After extensive research scientists now claim that a person can develop a new habit in for weeks if one is fully committed. To go through initial inertia is natural, but if there is discipline and perseverance, positive change is possible. I have made a four weeks Network Marketing checklist to achieve the required objectives for your Network Marketing Business.
WEEK 1:
- Fill out you Goal and Why Card and send it to you sponsor
- Start using the products and feel the benefit.
- Read the materials provided in the company marketing folder and code of conducts.
- Learn the benefits of the core products and use the products as per the consumption chart.
- Start attending company seminars either by going to the office or taking part in Online Training.
- Time in business – if part-time, put minimum 15 hours/week and if full-time, put minimum 40 hours/week.
- Utilization of the above time: 50% in learning, 50% in building you network organization or team for the first 3 months.
- Make prospects list (from ORGANIZATIONS) as per system A.
- Take help from you sponsor and start talking to your prospect.
- Start learning the Natural Approach and Natural Presentation System.
- Get connected with your up-line success leaders.
- Prepare you own business tools folder.
WEEK 2:
- Get familiar with all the products available in your respective countries.
- Learn the Compensation Plan – take help of your sponsor.
- Learn about placement; how to place members in your team.
- Start sending the coaching form and get all your questions answered by your sponsor/up-line leader.
- Buy book from Recommended Reading on Network Marketing & Personal Growth.
- Make your own script from the Natural Approach.
- Take one prospect to the company opportunity meeting and get help from your sponsor for the Natural Presentation.
- Make at least one member in your first 15 days.
- Get connected to local leaders in your country and region.
- Start learning and practicing the Natural Approach and Natural Presentation with your sponsor.
- Learn Objections and Objection Handling.
WEEK 3:
- Attend Opportunity Meetings and all trainings with your new members and prospects weekly.
- Go through the company website and learn about International Offices.
- Learn from your sponsor the Natural Presentation being done with your prospect.
- Grow your prospect list (from FRIEND).
- Subscribe to the newsletter from Network Marketing Websites.
- Start practicing Objections and Objection Handling with your sponsor.
WEEK 4:
- Start giving one presentation per week.
- Talk to one person per day. By now you should have three members in you team.
- Make 2-4 consumers in the first month.
- Do your monthly PV and start using other products.
- Send your coaching form to your up-line leader and learn business skills.
- Start supporting and training your front line/first generation member with Week 1 training as shown above-start your duplication process.
- Start using Follow-Up.
- Join all company seminars and workshops.
- Register yourself with network marketing Online Webinars.
- Go through the bonus statement of your sponsor/up-line success leaders.
